FAQS

  • Willow pumps are unique because everything works inside the pump, inside your bra—no external tubes, cords, or dangling bottles. Plus, you don’t have to sacrifice performance. Willow Go™ offer hospital strength suction comparable to most double-electric and hospital-grade pumps - choose from nine levels of adjustable suction with Willow Go. They’re also easy to assemble and clean, and app connected.

  • We know every ounce matters when it comes to pumping and breastfeeding, so we engineer and test our pumps to optimize milk expression and comfort. Willow Go has a wearable, in-bra design, with a suction range and strength that is comparable to traditional double electric and hospital grade pumps. Willow Go offers maximum suction up to -280mmHG. Willow pumps are closed system pumps, just like hospital grade pumps.

While Willow’s suction strength is equivalent to hospital grade pumps, Willow pumps are single-user and have been clinically tested with established milk supply. Consult your health care provider if you are seeking to initiate lactation with a breast pump.

  • For your best pumping experience, we recommend a full coverage nursing bra that's stretchy and has a flap - no underwires or padding. It should hold the pumps securely in place when fastened.

  • Breast pumps and accessories are regulated as single-user products, and cannot be returned once the safety seal has been broken. See our returns policy.

You can return an unopened Willow Go™ within 30 days of the purchase date. If you decide to return your unopened pump or accessories, you must contact us to start the return process and to obtain a RMA number. Please review our return policies.

Only products purchased from onewillowcanada.com may be returned directly to us. For products purchased through authorized retailers, please contact the authorized retailer you purchased from to inquire about returning your Willow Go™.

Willow pumps are single-user medical devices and returns must be new, unopened (no seals broken), unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Yes! Willow Go is covered under a 12 month warranty from the purchase date. Accessories - all replaceable pump parts including but not limited to flanges, containers, diaphragms, duckbills, chargers and sizing inserts- are covered under a 90 day warranty. Please review our warranty policy.

Since breast pumps are single-user devices, use by more than one person, including purchasing second hand, will invalidate the warranty. Please keep your original proof of purchase from onewillowcanada.com or an authorized retailer as it is required to exercise your warranty.
